Selective Pallet Racking — Direct Access to Every Pallet
Our most versatile racking configuration, designed for the optimised storage of goods of all sizes and weights with every pallet position individually accessible.

Boltless beam assembly
Beams and supports connect without bolts for quick and efficient installation.
Durable finish
Powder-coated or pre-galvanised steel construction, built for long-term strength and corrosion resistance.
Load capacity options
Bracing can be added to the frames to increase load capacity where required. Various beam sizes are available to suit your pallet weight requirements.
Full pallet access
Every pallet is directly accessible, making this the right fit where SKU range and pick speed matter more than density.
Versatile configuration
Suits goods of varying sizes and weights within the same run of racking.
Double Deep Racking — Higher Density Without Losing Speed
Store pallets up to four deep for higher storage density, while keeping stock relatively quick to pick and easy to access in a batch-in, batch-out flow.

Increased density
Increases capacity by approximately 30% compared with single selective racking
Up to four pallets deep
Products can be stored up to four pallets deep per lane.
Rapid dispatch
Suited to moving large quantities of similar-size pallets quickly.
LIFO batch flow
Operates on a batch-in, batch-out process, keeping stock rotation predictable.
Balanced access and density
High storage density while stock remains easy to access and relatively quick to pick.
Racking Accessories
Accessories to Fit Your Site and Load Types

Wire mesh decking
Galvanised or powder-coated mesh with built-in pallet supports that helps with uneven pallets, supports the stacking of unsecured items, and reduces the risk of falling items.
Timber inserts
An alternate finish option across our racking units and workbenches.
Pallet supports
Secondary support bars for extra-heavy loads or non-standard pallets, used with box beams.
Upright protectors
Reduce damage from impact loads — especially important for fast-moving or heavy-product operations.
End frame protectors
Built with a sigma main beam supported by two end protectors, for end frames and cross-aisle frames exposed to constant traffic.
Back Safety Mesh
Steel mesh panels fitted to the back of the racking to prevent products from falling onto pedestrians or forklifts.
Audits, Repairs & Maintenance
Everyday wear and tear can compromise the strength and structural integrity of pallet racking. Annual inspections are important for identifying damaged components early and putting the right actions and controls in place.
Guidance from WorkSafe recommends regular checks of racking systems for damage from forklifts or equipment handling machines.
Our maintenance team carries out repairs on all racking types nationwide, whether welded or bolted, keeping racking secure and safe for staff to work around. Inspections are done according to the AS4084.2:2023 standard and cover all elements of your system, always keeping your downtime in mind. Audit and maintenance scheduling is kept to a minimum to avoid impacting operations.
